Application

Once your completed form is received it will be reviewed with the landlord and we will contact you to confirm next steps if your application is successful.

Please do NOT submit an application until you have viewed the property (in person or via video call). Any submitted applications that do not follow this process will be rejected.

We may ask you to provide a holding fee equating to 1 week's rent. This will preserve the property for you and is deducted from your balance due when you move into the property. Further details on holding fees available here
